Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites bids for the procurement of Qmatic and token receipt printer rolls required for Citizen Facilitation and Service Centers (CFSC) operating across Punjab under a framework contract arrangement designated as EGOV-03. This procurement is essential to maintain continuous operation of the queue management and receipt printing systems at multiple CFSC locations throughout the province. The framework contract will establish a supply agreement to ensure reliable availability of consumable supplies for all citizen service centers operating under the CFSC initiative.
Eligible bidders must be registered business entities with relevant experience in supplying similar consumable products to government institutions. Bidders are required to submit necessary documentation establishing eligibility, including valid registration certificates, tax compliance records, and relevant business licenses. A bid security deposit is mandatory as specified in the tender documents. All bids must conform to the technical specifications outlined and meet the quality standards required for use in automated queue management and receipt printing systems.
