Description / Scope of Work
The Environment Protection and Climate Change Department, Government of Punjab, is inviting bids for the hiring of a firm to provide human resources on an as and when required basis through EPADS during the fiscal year 2026-27. This tender is managed by the Strategic Planning and Implementation Unit and pertains to the supply of qualified personnel across various skill levels to support departmental operations in Punjab. The scope includes deputation of trained staff to meet organizational requirements with flexibility in deployment and duration.
Eligible bidders must be registered firms or organizations with valid business registration and relevant experience in human resource provision or staffing services. Bidders are required to submit bid security as specified in the bidding documents and possess all applicable licenses and tax clearances as per Punjab government procurement regulations. The bidder must demonstrate financial capability and organizational capacity to manage personnel deployment effectively across the province.
