Description / Scope of Work
District Council Toba Tek Singh invites electronic bids and tenders from registered engineering firms and contractors for two civil infrastructure schemes under the PPRA E-tendering and E-bidding system in compliance with amended PPRA Rules and Local Government Act Rules 2017. The first scheme concerns rehabilitation and repairing of tuff tile at Mouza Khajora Tehsil Kamalia with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,232,000 and earnest money requirement of Rs. 111,600. The second scheme involves rehabilitation and repairing of tuff paver and soling or resolving of chak number 762 in Sandiliwali Tehsil Pir Mahal with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,300,000 and earnest money of Rs. 115,000. Both projects are located in Toba Tek Singh district, Punjab.
Prospective bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes and must maintain active registration on the Punjab PPRA website at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. All participants are required to submit earnest money deposits in the form of Call Deposit Receipts favoring the Chief Officer, District Council Toba Tek Singh, at five percent of the estimated or bid cost as per Government of Punjab letter SO(I&C-I)5-4/2024 dated 19.05.2026. Bid documents are available on the E-PAD System and PPRA website, and submission of false information or documentation will result in disqualification and referral to PPRA and PEC for blacklisting.
Complete electronic bids must be submitted through the E-Procurement System at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 04 July 2026 at 1:30 PM, with opening scheduled for the same date at 2:00 PM at the office of the Chief Officer, District Council Toba Tek Singh. Bidders are strongly advised to upload documents well before the deadline to avoid technical issues, as the District Council shall not be held responsible for any submission failures. Original Call Deposit Receipts must be presented to the Opening Committee on the day of bid opening, half hour prior to the scheduled time.
