PAF Base Samungli in Quetta invites sealed tenders for the collection of scrap metal from two firing ranges over a one-year contract period. The Mashlak Firing Range collection contract runs from 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2027, while the Small Arms Firing Range contract operates from 1 May 2026 to 30 June 2027. This procurement encompasses scrap metal collection services at the PAF installation in Quetta, Balochistan Province, with sealed tenders to be opened on 2 July 2026.
Bidders must submit a bank draft of Rs 20,000 as security fee; cheques will not be accepted and security fees will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. The successful contractor must be capable of arranging ploughing at the firing range once every two weeks at the respective site, with special attention required during the rainy season. The contractor is also responsible for repair and maintenance work at the firing ranges during adverse weather conditions. Bids will be initially accepted on a temporary basis, with final approval contingent upon verification of the bidder's financial position and completion of all organizational formalities.
