Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 for the disposal of unserviceable and scrap items comprising three redundant 66-kilovolt transmission lines on an as-is-where-is basis. The disposal includes three lots: 66-KV Redundant Line Essa Khel-Tajazai (Lot 01), 66-KV Redundant Line Tank-Tajazai (Lot 02), and 66-KV Redundant Line Kohat-Hangu (Lot 03), each with quantities of one unit. The tender is conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 (as amended) and the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024. This disposal is conducted from PESCO's Peshawar headquarters and represents the recovery of value from redundant electrical infrastructure assets.
All participating bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for both Income Tax and Sales Tax purposes and must appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Bidders may include individuals, sole proprietorships, partnerships, private and public limited companies, state-owned enterprises, and non-governmental organizations. Bid security requirements are specified for each lot: PKR 6,089,534 for Lot 01, PKR 6,569,559 for Lot 02, and PKR 1,805,400 for Lot 03. The bid security must be uploaded electronically on EPADS v2.0 and submitted in original form as a pay order or bank draft in favor of PESCO Sale Proceeds Account at Manager (Disposal) Room No. 306, PESCO Headquarters, before the deadline. Quoted rates must be exclusive of all applicable taxes, payable by the successful bidder according to prevailing government rules.
Detailed bidding documents including terms and conditions, evaluation criteria, and complete disposal procedures are available on EPADS v2.0 for registered bidders. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS by 28 June 2026 at 10:30 hours, with electronic opening scheduled for the same date at 11:00 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The highest evaluated responsive bid shall be accepted subject to approval by competent authority. PESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
