Photocopier Supply by Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited invites sealed quotations for the supply of one photocopier unit with technical specifications as detailed in Annexure-A. The tender enquiry reference FST/TE/043/26 is issued for procurement of office equipment required at the main stores in Faisalabad, Punjab. Quotations must be submitted with complete details including brand name, country of origin, unit rate, quantity, and lump-sum pricing inclusive of delivery to the organization's address. Suppliers must provide item numbers, any applicable discounts, full specification compliance details, and separate materials and sales tax calculations. The bid security declaration must accompany the quotation as per Appendix-E, confirming the offer is firm and irrevocable for a minimum validity period of 60 days from the closing date.

All suppliers must meet quality standards and provide goods subject to inspection and approval at the main stores in Faisalabad HQ-T. Bid documents should be sealed and marked confidential with the tender enquiry number and closing date clearly stated on the envelope. Quotations will be opened publicly 30 minutes after the closing time on 06.07.2026. Relevant product leaflets and brochures should accompany the quotation if possible. Deliveries are consigned carriage paid to the specified address, with consignments received until 12:30 PM during summer months and 3:30 PM during winter months on working days, except Fridays and Saturdays when reception closes at 12:30 PM.

Material delivery is required within 30 days of order placement. The organization reserves the right to increase or decrease ordered quantities by 15 percent or cancel items without reason. Original bid copies with bid security declarations and tender documents must be submitted at the SNGPL office at HQ-T, Main Sargodha Road, Faisalabad on or before the closing time. Late delivery charges may apply, and the organization shall qualify bids based on the most advantageous terms offered within the tender specifications and conditions.
