Description / Scope of Work
The Project Planning and Development Unit under the Ministry of National Food Security and Research is procuring the hiring of vehicles on a monthly rental basis for fiscal year 2026-27. This non-consultancy services tender is open to eligible bidders registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding methodology, using the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The services are required for the PPDU office located in Islamabad Capital Territory, first floor of the NFDC Building at h-8/1.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and must submit bids electronically through the system. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. Eligible bidders should review the detailed service specifications, scope of work, and contract terms available in the complete bidding document on the EPADS portal before preparing their proposals.
E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, July 6, 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 12:30 PM. Manual bid submissions will not be entertained.
