Description / Scope of Work
The National Disaster Risk Management Fund invites bids for the procurement of non-consultancy services comprising annual subscriptions to artificial intelligence platforms. The procurement includes four ChatGPT Pro subscriptions and two Claude AI Max 20x subscriptions for the fiscal year 2026-27. This is a national-level procurement conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The issuing authority is based in Islamabad at the 5th Floor EOBI House, G-10/4.
The procurement is open to eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. Bidders are required to provide detailed specifications and cost proposals for the requested AI platform subscriptions. The evaluation will be conducted on a least-cost basis, ensuring best value for the organization's requirements.
E-bidding documents containing complete terms, conditions, and specifications are available on the EPADS portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Interested bidders must submit their electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, July 6, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted. Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 can complete registration through the portal website.
