Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited invites bids through the EPADS platform for the supply of tubeless tyres. This tender enquiry, referenced as FCS/MDR/TE/023/2026, is issued by SNGPL and pertains to the procurement of tubeless tyres to be delivered as per the schedule of requirements detailed in Appendix B. The tender covers the Rawalpindi district in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, with delivery required at the SNGPL Soan Camp facility located on Dhamyal Road near Saroba Grid Station in Sehal Village. Eligible bidders must comply with all technical specifications outlined in Appendix C and meet SNGPL's general terms as detailed in Appendix A. Bidders are required to submit proof of GST registration and National Tax Number along with valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificates. A bid bond in original hard copy form must be submitted before the closing time of 1500 hours on or before the closing date. Bidders must also complete and submit the Questionnaire and Commercial Terms Sheet (Appendix I) along with a Certificate of Full Disclosure and Non-Collusion. All prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all taxes, duties, and levies including Sales Tax at the applicable rate of 18% unless otherwise specified.
Bid documents are available through the EPADS portal and must be submitted electronically before the closing deadline. Hard copy bid bonds must be delivered to the Senior Officer (Procurement) at SNGPL Soan Camp, Dhamyal Road, Near Saroba Grid Station, Sehal Village, Rawalpindi. Public bid opening will occur at 1530 hours on the same day at the aforementioned address, and bidders or their authorized representatives are permitted to attend.
