The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) at Government College of Technology, Jhelum invites bids for the procurement of tyres for college buses. This single stage one envelope procurement is open to GST and Income Tax registered firms and is valued at PKR 610,400. The scope includes supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of tyres in new, safe and operational condition at the college location in Jhelum, Punjab. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 19 August 2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day.
Eligibility is restricted to suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax), holding NTN and STRN certificates with active taxpayer status, and registered on the e-Procurement System. Bidders must not be blacklisted by PPRA Punjab or GCT Jhelum. Government-owned enterprises may participate only if legally and financially autonomous and operating under commercial law. An earnest money deposit of PKR 30,520 (5 percent of estimated amount) in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft must be submitted physically before bid opening.

Original bid security must reach the Principal, Government College of Technology, Chak Daulat, Jhelum before opening.
