Supply of Tyres for WSSCM Fleet by Water and Sanitation Services Company Mardan

Water and Sanitation Services Company Mardan (WSSCM) invites sealed electronic tenders through the EPADS (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa e-Procurement system) for the supply of tyres to support its fleet operations. This procurement is conducted in accordance with KPPRA (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority) procurement rules 2014 under a Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. The tender is open to suppliers, manufacturers, and general order suppliers with relevant experience in tyre supply and active registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. The tender will be managed through the EPADS portal at kp.eprocure.gov.pk, with electronic bid submission required by 20 August 2026 at 3:00 pm and opening scheduled for 3:30 pm the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities with active status on the Active Tax List (ATL) for all applicable taxes. A bid security of 2 percent of the total quoted amount is mandatory, to be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by a scheduled bank in favour of the Chief Executive Officer, WSSC Mardan. The original bid security must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the WSSCM office at Mayar Road near New Police Lines, Mardan, before the bid submission deadline. Only bidders already registered on the EPADS platform are eligible to participate; registration can be completed via the provided portal link.

Bidding documents must be properly paginated and sequenced in accordance with the Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs). All bids must be stamped and signed by an authorised person of the contracting firm. The Procurement Committee reserves the right to request original physical bid documents for verification and record purposes if necessary at any stage. Incomplete, conditional, or disfigured bids will be rejected.
