Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites electronic bids through EPADS V2.0 for five tender packages worth a combined 19.00 million Pakistani rupees. The works comprise carriage and erection of HT/LT PCC spun hollow poles in 31, 36, and 45 feet heights from designated and non-designated pole plants, as well as stringing of HT lines with ACSR conductors and installation of transformers ranging from 10 KVA to 200 KVA. The projects cover plain and hilly areas under the jurisdiction of Mianwali, Kalabagh, Bhakkar, and Darya Khan divisions in Punjab province, with completion periods of 12 months. Tender values range from 2.00 to 6.00 million rupees with scopes including HT/LT deposit works, emergency works, maintenance, and structure foundation activities.
Eligible bidders must hold a Pakistan Engineering Council certificate valid for 2025-26 in Category C-6 and above with specialization codes EE-04 and EE-05. Contractors must be active on the tax payer list, provide income tax returns for the last financial year, and maintain valid sales tax registration with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). Bidders must demonstrate prior experience with similar contracts of equivalent value completed within ten years as main contractors for WAPDA, NTDC, or DISCOs. Successful prior contractors will provide 5% performance security while new entrants must submit 10%. All bidders must evidence cash or cash equivalents equal to 20% of contract value supported by three months of bank statements. Bid security of 2% on tender amount is mandatory, valid 28 days beyond the 120-day bid validity period.
Electronic bids prepared according to EPADS V2.0 instructions must be submitted through https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ on or before Tuesday, July 07, 2026 at 12:15 PM, with opening on the same day at 12:45 PM. Bidders not yet registered on EPADS V2.0 may register at the portal with reference to the tutorial available on YouTube. Complete bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are accessible on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. Interested parties may obtain further information from the Office of SE (Operation) Mianwali Circle FESCO on or before June 30, 2026. Original bid security must be physically submitted to the Chief Engineer (Operation) FESCO Faisalabad office before closing time. This procurement follows Public Procurement Rules 2004 and PPRA regulations with Least Cost Based Selection methodology.
