The University of Baltistan, Skardu invites sealed bids for the execution of external electrical works under Package-IV on a national competitive basis through single stage two envelope bidding methodology. This is a works contract for electrical installations and related infrastructure at the university campus located in Skardu, Baltistan Division, Gilgit-Baltistan province.
