Maintenance of Internal/External Electrification at POFs Wah Cantt

Pakistan Ordnance Factories, Director Services Wah Cantt invites pre-qualification applications from contractors for a term contract to maintain internal and external electrification systems and undertake minor works at the Engineering and residential Estate Areas of POFs Wah Cantt in Punjab. The estimated contract value is Rs. 3.5 million as per MES Schedule of rates 2025 (as amended to date). This is a recurring maintenance contract requiring experienced electrical and general maintenance expertise across an industrial and residential facility.

Applicants must be pre-qualified and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council. Required documentation includes partnership deeds or company registration certificates, experience records (Annex-A), current works in progress (Annex-B), detailed financial capability statements (Annex-C), equipment lists (Annex-D), PEC registration copies, evidence of pre-qualification for similar government or private works, certificates of active income tax and professional tax payment, litigation history (Annex-E), affidavits confirming no blacklisting by any department, details of affiliated subcontractors for specialized jobs (Annex-F), and a company profile summary (Annex-G). Contractors already working with POFs must additionally provide particulars of ongoing works outside POF with client addresses. Failure to submit all required documents results in disqualification.

Pre-qualification applications must reach the Bid Center adjacent to Rabta Hall, POFs Wah Cantt by 19 August 2026. Tender documents will be issued on or before 31 August 2026. Completed tender bids with earnest money deposit as CDR in favor of Director Services, POF Wah Cantt will be received at the Bid Center until 1100 hours on 16 September 2026 and opened at 1200 hours the same day.
