Description / Scope of Work
The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) invites international competitive bids for the procurement of 03 mailing machines (complete unit) under tender reference NADRA-HQ-RFB-75/2026. This is a single stage two envelope procurement procedure conducted as international competitive bidding open to eligible suppliers from all qualifying countries. The procuring entity is NADRA, Federal Pakistan's premier identification and registration authority. The procurement encompasses three complete mailing machine units required for NADRA's operational needs to support document processing and mail management functions across the organization.
Bidders must meet standard eligibility criteria for international competitive bidding and possess relevant experience in supplying similar equipment. Bid security is required as per the bidding documents, and successful bidders must furnish an Integrity Pact before contract award. All bids must comply with technical specifications detailed in Section V of the standard bidding documents. The procurement follows standard World Bank guidelines for goods procurement with provisions for technical and financial evaluation.
