Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General Audit Sindh, Karachi, on behalf of the Auditor-General of Pakistan, invites bids for the provision of canteen services at the Pakistan Audit and Accounts Complex located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block-11, Main University Road, Karachi, Sindh. This is a non-consultancy service procurement on a national basis using a single stage-one envelope bidding process. The scope of work includes operating and managing a fully functional canteen facility to serve the staff and visitors of the audit complex with food and beverage services according to specified standards and menu requirements. The contract will be awarded to the most responsive and qualified service provider meeting all eligibility and technical criteria.
Bidders must possess relevant experience in operating institutional canteen services and meet all specified eligibility requirements as detailed in the bid data sheet. A bid securing declaration is mandatory, and selected bidders will be required to furnish a performance guarantee form before contract execution. Bidders should demonstrate financial capability, technical competence, food safety compliance, and prior experience with similar contracts in institutional or corporate settings. All documentation including proof of experience profile and menu pricing must accompany the bid submission.
