Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Cricket Board invites electronic bids from eligible contractors classified C-6 and above for the replacement of floor tiles at the 4th floor terrace of the Office Building GSL located at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, Punjab. This procurement is conducted through the National Competitive Bidding process via EPADS under rule 37 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004, employing a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure with Least Cost method. The estimated scope of work includes complete removal and replacement of floor tiles at the specified terrace location, with a required bid security amount of PKR 181,000.
Eligible bidders must hold C-6 or higher classification as per the Request for Proposal requirements. The bid security of Rs 181,000 in original hard form must be submitted to the PCB Head Office at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore by the bid closing deadline. Bidders are required to submit all necessary documentation including completed bid forms, signed and stamped, in strict compliance with the tender specifications and conditions of contract provided in the RFP document.
The Request for Proposals is available for download free of cost from both the EPMS website at https://epms.ppra.gov.pk and the EPADS website at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Interested bidders must submit their complete bids online through the EPADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk by 11:00 AM PST on or before July 6th, 2026. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:30 PM PST online through EPADS in the presence of participating bidders.
