Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad invites separate electronic bids for three distinct refurbishment and interior decoration projects planned during the financial year 2026-27. The procurement activities include refurbishment of an old computer lab into an Executive Conference Room, conversion of a hall into a Theatrical Hall, and refurbishment of a Committee Room in the Directorate of Regional Services at AIOU Main Campus, Islamabad. All three projects fall under PEC Code CE10, Category C-6, and are being procured through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) in compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2026-27 under the relevant civil engineering codes, maintain active status on the Income Tax and Sales Tax taxpayers lists, and demonstrate sufficient experience executing turnkey refurbishment and interior decoration projects. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of the required amount in an acceptable form as specified in the respective bidding documents. Bidders must submit the scanned copy of bid security through e-PADS and deliver the original hardcopy in a sealed envelope to the designated address.
Bidding documents are available for free download from https://eprocure.gov.pk. Pre-bid meetings will be held virtually on 22 June 2026 at 1100 hours PST through Google Meet. Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS by 1030 hours PST on 6 July 2026, with physical bid security documents delivered by the same deadline. Bid opening will occur at 1100 hours PST on 6 July 2026 at the New ICT Building, AIOU Main Campus, Sector H-8, Islamabad.
