Wah Industries Limited, Packages Factory, a production unit operating in Wah Cantt, Punjab, invites sealed quotations for the supply of Paint Red Oxide as per detailed specifications provided in the tender document. This is a local purchase tender enquiry for materials to be delivered free of charge at Packages Factory, adjacent to POF Barrier 01, Sanjwal Cantt. The tender follows a single-stage two-envelope bidding method requiring submission of both technical and commercial offers. Qualified suppliers are required to submit an advance sample of 3.6 litres for functional trial and laboratory testing, without which tenders will be rejected. The tender reference number is 17-LP-PAINT RED OXIDE-WIL-PF-2025-26 and bids will be opened at 12:00 hours on 08-07-2026 at POF's Bid Centre, Room No. 02, behind Rabta Hall, Wah Cantt.
Eligibility is restricted to suppliers registered with the Sales Tax Department who must furnish a Sales Tax Invoice and Professional Tax Clearance Certificate. Bidders are required to submit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,500 and bid money of Rs. 350,000 in the form of a CDR or Pay Order drawn from a scheduled bank in favour of the CEO/MD of Wah Industries Limited. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Guarantee at 10% of the contract value prior to contract placement. Quotations must remain valid for at least 90 days from the tender opening date and should be based on free delivery terms without conditions or alternative offers.
Sealed quotations must be submitted to POF's Bid Centre before 11:30 hours on 08-07-2026 through airmail or courier, with hand delivery accepted up to 30 minutes before opening time. Part I of the tender must contain technical details, validity date, delivery schedule and signed undertaking along with the tender fee and bid money, while Part II must contain commercial terms including price and payment modes. Inspection will be conducted by QC-PF, Q.A or IDA, with the contractor responsible for obtaining clearance from relevant labs. Payment of 100% will be made after receipt and acceptance of stores at Packages Factory, with part payment against part supply permitted.
