Description / Scope of Work
National Investment Trust Limited, an asset management company managing mutual funds in Pakistan, invites bids for the procurement of purchase and maintenance support of next generation firewall at the DR site in Karachi, Sindh. This tender is for authorized partners who can provide comprehensive firewall solutions including hardware procurement, installation, and ongoing maintenance support. The tender is being issued by the Administration Department and involves the supply and support of Palo Alto next generation firewall equipment meeting specified technical requirements as detailed in the technical specifications annexure.
Prospective bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and must be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue with a registered office in Pakistan. Bidders are required to submit a Bid Securing Declaration as per the prescribed format in Annexure V. All bidders must meet the qualification criteria specified in Annexure IV, which includes relevant experience in firewall installation and maintenance services. Bids should be prepared in accordance with all instructions contained in the bidding documents.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, technical specifications, bill of quantity, and service level requirements can be downloaded free of cost from https://eprocure.gov.pk. All bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) only; manual bid submission is not permitted. Prospective bidders must register at https://eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration. Bids will be opened on July 10, 2026 at 3:30 PM through EPADS.
