Description / Scope of Work
The National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF), a not-for-profit company incorporated under the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, is inviting sealed bids from eligible service providers for the procurement of annual subscriptions at AI platforms comprising four units of ChatGPT Pro and two units of Claude AI Max 20x. The procuring agency is headquartered in Islamabad, Federal Pakistan, and seeks qualified vendors with established offices, duly registered tax authorities compliance, and ATL enrollment status. This single-stage one-envelope procedure is being conducted under Public Procurement Rules 2004 with detailed terms and conditions available through the PPRA website and NDRMF's official portal.
Eligible bidders must be service providers having established office(s) in Pakistan with relevant tax authority registration and must fulfill all eligibility and qualification requirements specified in the bidding document. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration in the format provided. Bidders are required to submit their proposals and bids through the PPRA EPAD system (www.epads.gov.pk) in accordance with the prescribed schedule and procedures outlined in the procurement rules.
The bidding document is available free of cost from the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk), NDRMF website (www.ndrmf.pk), and the PPRA EPAD system (www.epads.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted electronically through PPRA EPAD by 06 July 2026 at 1000 hours, with opening scheduled for the same date at 1030 hours in the presence of authorized representatives.
