Pakistan Railways Peshawar invites sealed bids from Income Tax and Sales Tax registered firms and bidders for the re-auction of car parking and taxi stands, vending stalls for general store commodities, and station restaurant facilities across multiple railway stations in Peshawar Division, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The auction encompasses fourteen car parking and taxi stand locations including Peshawar Cant Railway Station, Peshawar City Railway Station, and stations along the Peshawar to Charsadda corridor, with total allocated areas ranging from 1419 to 5440 square feet and earnest money bids ranging from Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 160,000. Nine vending stall and general store locations are also offered, including fruit and dry fruit stalls, tea and cold drinks stalls, and baked goods outlets at various railway premises, with bid security requirements of Rs. 20,000.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, with all auction documents submitted on prescribed forms bearing a non-refundable stamp duty of Rs. 200. Bidders are required to provide an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted by any government agency or procurement authority. Bid security amounts and application fees vary by category, with Class A and B vending stalls requiring Rs. 3,000 and Rs. 2,000 respectively, station restaurants requiring Rs. 5,000, and car parking and taxi stand bids requiring Rs. 5,000 per application. The contract period for newly designed stalls is three plus two years instead of two plus one year.
Auction documents are available from the Office of the Divisional Commercial Officer at Pakistan Railways Peshawar from the publication date until 03:30 PM on June 6, 2026, following written application with copy of CNIC and payment of applicable fees. Sealed bid submissions must be made in person or by authorized representative by 03:30 PM on June 6, 2026, with vending stall and restaurant auction opening on July 7, 2026 at 12:00 PM and car parking and taxi stand auction opening on July 8, 2026 at 12:00 PM, both conducted on competitive basis in the presence of an auction committee.
