Punjab Institute of Mental Health, Lahore invites online bids for procurement of multiple items under e-PADS (e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System) for the financial year 2026-27. The tender encompasses five distinct procurement requirements: framework contract for linen items, framework contract for employee uniforms, framework contract for purchase of reagent rental basis with fully automated chemistry analyzer placement, tender for procurement of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) equipment, and general auction of unserviceable or condemned articles with estimated security of Rs. 30,000 or cash deposit. The tender notice is issued from Lahore, Punjab province, with detailed specifications and placement requirements for various medical and operational items required by the institute.
Bid security requirement is set at 1% of the estimated cost of articles or items. All bids must be submitted online through the e-PADS portal available at eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders must ensure their submission meets all technical and financial specifications outlined in the tender documents. The procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Late submission of bids will result in automatic rejection, and bid validity period is 180 days from the date of bid opening.

Tender opening is scheduled for 08.07.2026 at 11:00 AM on the same day as the submission deadline. PIMH Lahore will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in tender preparation. For further information, contact the Executive Director, Punjab Institute of Mental Health, Lahore. In case of official holiday on tender opening date, the next working day shall be treated as the opening day with unchanged time and venue.
