For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This tender solicits supply of uniform items and black shoes for livery staff across the financial year 2026-27 under federal procurement rules. Scale appears modest but recurring (annual contract). Bidders must be FBR-registered with active tax status. The two-envelope procedure means technical compliance is heavily weighted; financial proposals are evaluated only after technical approval. Key risk: Annex-A containing detailed specifications is referenced but not reproduced in this extract, making full specification assessment impossible without accessing the complete document.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with NTN and GST and appear on the FBR's Active Tax Payer list. No specific industry licence or PEC registration mentioned. Typically for uniform and shoe supply contracts, firms need to demonstrate manufacturing or distribution capacity and prior supply experience to government departments.
