Description / Scope of Work
Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites sealed electronic bids on a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis for Operational Technical Support of Customer Information & Billing System (CIBS). The tender is open to pre-qualified suppliers, manufacturers, vendors, and renowned dealing firms registered with LESCO/DISCOs/NTDC/GENCOs and holding Income Tax and Sales Tax registration. The scope includes provision of comprehensive operational and technical support services for the CIBS through open tender financing under LESCO's Local Funds on FCS basis, with delivery to the Consignee's Stores and D.G (IT) 132 KV Ghazi Grid Station, Barki Road in Lahore, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be pre-qualified vendors with LESCO, DISCOs, NTDC, or GENCOs or renowned potential dealing firms. Bidders are required to possess appropriate registration from Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for NCB tenders. Bid security must be submitted as per applicable amounts mentioned in the bidding documents, and bids must be accompanied by performance guarantees and other conditions as specified in the tender documents.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms, complete specifications, drawings, procurement procedures, and evaluation criteria are available on the E-PADs portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk, at PPRA website www.ppra.gov.pk, LESCO website www.lesco.gov.pk, and at the office of the Chief Engineer (Material Management), LESCO, 3rd Floor, Room No. 312, Lahore. Electronic bids must be prepared per bidding document instructions and submitted on E-PADs with bid bonds in hard form to the Chief Engineer's office by 13 July 2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM through E-PADs.
