Description / Scope of Work
PINUM Cancer Hospital, located on Jail Road in Faisalabad, Punjab, invites sealed tenders from reputable GST-registered firms for the supply of two categories of items on FOR basis. Tender Notice No. 13/2026 covers the supply of wooden racks, while Tender Notice No. 14/2026 covers the supply of ceiling mounted cassette air conditioning units. Detailed specifications and requirements for both items are available in the tender documents. The procurement is intended to support the hospital's operational and infrastructure needs in Faisalabad.
Eligible bidders must be GST-registered firms with their own offices and telephone numbers. The tender fee for wooden racks is Rs. 1,000 (non-refundable), and for ceiling mounted cassette ACs is Rs. 750 (non-refundable). Tender fees must be paid in advance in the form of cash or demand draft/pay order of any scheduled bank in favor of Head AO PINUM, Faisalabad. All standard bid security and compliance requirements as outlined in the tender documents apply to interested bidders.
