State Life seeks an annual HVAC maintenance contractor for its Gujrat facility. This is a recurring annual service contract requiring demonstrated expertise in institutional-scale HVAC systems. The 5-year experience minimum and Government/corporate client track record suggest a mid-scale contract unlikely to attract very small operators. Registration and tax compliance are non-negotiable entry gates. E-PADS submission only; paper bids will be rejected.
Who can bid: Bidders must have minimum five years' experience in HVAC maintenance for Federal entities, banks or multinationals in Pakistan. Must be e-PADS registered, have valid NTN, be FBR and GST active, and maintain office infrastructure. Typically, PEC registration or equivalent professional membership is required for mechanical/HVAC contractors in Pakistan.
