The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is seeking qualified event management firms to organize and execute the Islamabad Hospitality Summit. This is a single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure announced in June 2026. The assignment encompasses comprehensive event planning and concept development, logistics and operations management, marketing and outreach initiatives, investor and industry guest engagement along with speaker coordination, and full event execution with reporting. The event is to be held in Islamabad, Federal Pakistan, and represents a significant opportunity for experienced event management professionals to demonstrate their capabilities in organizing a major hospitality industry summit.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria and possess relevant experience in organizing large-scale events and conferences.
