Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, a Gas Transmission and Distribution Company, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers and suppliers for the supply of 38 numbers of access switches for headquarters, regions and sub-area locations. The tender enquiry reference is LED/049/26 and covers procurement valued at the quantity specified. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, possess a valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificate, and appear on the Active Taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue. The tender is being conducted through the EPADS electronic bidding portal under federal procurement regulations.
Bidders must submit a Bid Bond issued by a scheduled Bank of Pakistan valid for 120 days from the date of bid opening along with their hard copy of bid as per the bidding documents. No tender fee is required for participation. The tender follows a single stage two envelopes system comprising separate technical and financial proposals. All prospective bidders must be duly registered for tax purposes and hold current professional tax clearance to be eligible for bidding.
The complete set of e-bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, technical specifications and all requirements are available for registered bidders on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS before the closing date and time. Bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents must reach the Procurement Department, TSI Floor, Gas House, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore on or before 07.07.2026 at 1430 hours closing time. Technical and financial bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 1500 hours. Interested bidders should depute their executive representatives to attend the tender opening ceremony.
