State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites sealed tenders from experienced NTN and GST registered contractors, firms, and general order suppliers for the supply of printing and stationery items. The tender is valid for the whole year 2026 with effect from 01.07.2026 to 30.06.2027, and the total estimated value is approximately 20 lakh Pakistani rupees. The tender scope includes supply of specified printing, stationery, and miscellaneous items to the Zonal Office located in Jhang Saddar, Punjab, near District Courts on Civil Line. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and hold active NTN and STN credentials. Bidders are required to submit company profile, experience certificate, managerial capacity documentation, financial position proof, and active NTN and STN copies as evaluation criteria for prequalification. A security deposit equal to 5 percent of the total bid value for each slab must be deposited separately in the form of CDR by bidders against receipt. The firm must supply required items within one week of each quarter during 2026 against purchase order, and if sub-standard items are supplied, security deposits may be forfeited with legal action. Income tax and sales tax will be applicable or deducted according to FBR policies of the Government of Pakistan. Sealed quotations must be submitted by post, courier, or hand to the In-charge (HR&A Department) at State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, UBL Chowk Civil Line Jhang Saddar by 12.00 p.m. on 07-07-2026. Bid opening will take place at 12:30 p.m. on the same date before the representative of the firms or supplier. The envelope must clearly bear the quotation identification for printing items. State Life reserves the right to reject, cancel, or withdraw any items or all tender items without assigning any reason in light of relevant PPRA rules.
