Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Lakki Marwat, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids from approved contractors and firms for Annual Repair and Maintenance of Civil Works for the year 2026-27 across four tehsils in Lakki Marwat district. This tender covers repair and maintenance works for Tehsil Lakki, Tehsil Naurang, Tehsil Ghazni Khel, and Tehsil FR Bettani, each with an estimated cost of PKR 40,00,000. The procurement is being conducted under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 following a single stage single envelope procedure. Bidding documents are available for download from the PHE website at kp.eprocure.gov.pk up to one day before the tender opening date.
Eligible bidders must be approved contractors or firms registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act 2013. All bidders are required to possess valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) registration or renewal for 2024-25. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost plus additional security as per KPPRA Notification S.R.O. (14)/Vol:1-24/2021-22 dated 10-05-2022 must be submitted. Bank guarantees are not acceptable. All bids must comply with KPPRA rules, Standard Bidding Documents, and applicable government taxes.
Bidders are required to send their bids through courier services or by hand delivery along with PEC certificates and hard copies of all relevant documents. Tender opening is scheduled for 07-07-2026 at 2:00 PM in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives.
