Description / Scope of Work
The Communication & Works Highway Division Mansehra invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for emergent nature of work during the financial year 2026-27 relating to Tehsil Mansehra and Balakot Roads under the C&W Roads portfolio and other identified roads. The work covers removal of snow, land sliding and slips, and is funded under AOM&R (Annual Operation, Maintenance & Repair) funds with a total estimated cost of Rs. 9.000 million. This tender is for fixed lump sum cost contracting in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province and encompasses emergency maintenance work to be completed as per work order issued by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Bidders are required to be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act, 2013. Tender fee is 0.05 percent of estimated project cost, and bid security (CDR) in the amount of Rs. 4500 must be submitted electronically with the E-bid on EPADS platform in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. Complete details of bid security including bank name, CDR number, and date must be provided electronically. Eligible contractors must provide certificates of machinery ownership and availability at project sites as identified by the C&W Department representative.
Bid solicitation documents and instruction to bidders are available from the C&W website and KPPRA portal before submission deadline. E-bids must be submitted as per KPPRA Notification SOR(14)/Vol-1-24/2021-22 dated 10/05/2022. The bid opening will take place on 09 July 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Executive Engineer C&W Highway Division office in Mansehra.
