Description / Scope of Work
The Communication and Works Highway Division Dir Lower, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for emergent repair of roads and bridges during 2026-27 under three separate packages covering Sub Division I Timergara, Sub Division II Jandool and Maidan, and Sub Division III Chakdara. The tender is advertised through the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 amended up to May 10, 2022. Package I requires PEC Category C-6 with bid security of Rs. 139,000 and tender entry fee of Rs. 1,800. Package II requires PEC Category C-6 with bid security of Rs. 159,000 and tender entry fee of Rs. 2,100. Package III requires PEC Category C-6 with bid security of Rs. 139,000 and tender entry fee of Rs. 1,800. Period of completion shall be as per work order issued by the department.
Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act No. XXI of 2013 and possess valid NTN or GST certification as taxpayers with FBR. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) with complete bank details including bank name, CDR number, and date submitted electronically through EPADS. Bidders with history of blacklisting from any government or private organization or poor performance record shall not be considered for qualification. Tender entry fee at 0.03 percent of total tender cost must be submitted in a separate envelope as an original CDR in the name of the Executive Engineer, Highway Division Dir Lower before tender opening.
Bid solicitation documents and instructions to bidders can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer on any working day or downloaded from https://eprocure.gov.pk/ EPADS before the submission deadline. Electronic bids must be submitted through https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk via the EPADS system. The last date and time for submission of bids is July 8, 2026 at 12:00 noon, with financial bids opening scheduled for the same date at 01:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Highway Division Dir Lower. Bids must reach the office through registered courier before the closing time, with courier labels to be authenticated for tracking.
