Description / Scope of Work
The Communication & Works Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites EPADS bids for repair and rehabilitation work at Commissioner House in Saidu Sharif, Swat for the financial year 2025-26. The estimated project cost is PKR 7.500 million, and the work will be executed in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 as amended up to 24-06-2025. The tender is being advertised through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System using a Single Stage Single Envelope procurement procedure. This is a significant infrastructure maintenance project for one of the key government buildings in Swat district.
Eligible bidders must possess a valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) category C-6 or above and be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act 2013. The required bid security amount is PKR 160,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank. All technical and financial documentation must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal, with CDR details including bank name, CDR number and date included in the electronic submission.
Bid documents and detailed instructions to bidders can be obtained from the C&W Division No-I Swat office during working hours or downloaded directly from the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System portal prior to the submission deadline. Electronic bids must be submitted as per KPPRA Notification No.S.R.O(26)/Vol:1-37/2024-25 dated 24-06-2025. The bid opening will take place at the Office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Division No-I Swat at Saidu Sharif on the same day as the submission deadline at 12:30 hours.
