Description / Scope of Work
The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Irrigation Department invites sealed competitive bids for construction of flood protection works and irrigation infrastructure development across central districts. The project (ADP No.2132 During 2025-26) comprises multiple sub-works with estimated total cost of approximately 292.322 million Pakistani rupees. Work includes construction of flood protection works and patrol roads along various nullahs and khwars in Madina Colony, Khat Kalay, Dheri Kati Khel, Aza Khel Bala and Aza Khel Payan in District Nowshera, as well as construction of canal patrol roads along Jue Sheikh Canal with irrigation channel construction from RD.78+000 to RD.88+000 in multiple reaches across Swabi, Mardan, Charsadda, Peshawar and Nowshera districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Eligible bidders must hold valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) registration in Category C-4 and above with relevant specialization codes CE-01 Full Code, CE-01(i), CE-04 Full Code, CE-04(ii) or CE-04(vii). Bidders must possess current PEC licenses and demonstrated experience in civil engineering construction. Bid security equivalent to two percent of estimated cost is required from all participating bidders. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes with proper marking and identification.
Bid documents are available from the Irrigation Department during official working hours. Interested bidders must submit sealed bids by the deadline specified in the bidding data section. Bids will be opened publicly on the scheduled date and time as announced. For clarifications, technical queries, and document procurement, bidders should contact the Irrigation Department office. Pre-bid meetings may be scheduled to address queries and site-related matters. Award of contract will be made to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder meeting all technical and financial criteria as per procurement regulations.
