Flood Irrigation Channel Improvement in Nushki District, Balochistan

The Executive Engineer Irrigation Division Nushki invites electronic bids for the improvement of flood irrigation channels in Nushki District, Balochistan Province under NIT No. TSE-2627071141643. The estimated project cost is PKR 300,000,000 (three hundred million), with bid security fixed at 3% of the estimated cost. This is a single-stage two-envelope procurement conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and administered through the electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA GOB. The project focuses on critical water infrastructure enhancement in the district.

Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-3 and above (minimum registration of USD 500 million) and possess active tax registration with the Federal Board of Revenue or Balochistan Revenue Authority. Bidders must not have been blacklisted by any government agency and must submit proof of financial capacity demonstrating previous similar projects valued at PKR 245,000,000 or higher. The bid security must be furnished as a bank guarantee deposit or call deposit of 3% in the name of the Executive Engineer. Registration with PEC C-3 and above is mandatory along with tax clearance certification.
