The College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites sealed applications from well-regulated and experienced architectural and engineering consulting firms for the designing and construction supervision of CPSP Regional Centers in Muzaffarabad and Gilgit-Baltistan. This is a significant infrastructure development initiative aimed at expanding educational facilities across Pakistan's northern regions. Interested consultants engaged in similar projects and possessing relevant expertise in the field of educational buildings are cordially invited to apply according to the guidelines detailed in this notice. The scope encompasses comprehensive design, technical planning, and on-site construction oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
Eligible firms must submit technical proposals accompanied by mandatory supporting documentation including company profile with permanent address and contact details, legal status confirmation through partnership deed or articles of association with valid power of attorney, detailed list of previously executed projects with costs and completion timelines, evidence of client satisfaction and performance records, current workload status, audited financial statements for the last three years with valid bank credit-line certificate, professional licensing with valid PEC registration, and a non-blacklisting affidavit confirming the firm's judicial standing and absence of litigation.
Terms of Reference (TORs) can be obtained from CPSP Regional Centers in Islamabad and Lahore upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 via pay order or bank draft drawn in favor of College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan. Technical proposals must be submitted directly to CPSP Regional Centre, Islamabad at P.M.S. Sector G-8/3, Ravi Road, Islamabad, telephone 051-6025300-1, with bid opening scheduled for the same day. CPSP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
