Description / Scope of Work
TAJ Residencia invites applications from firms and contractors for pre-qualification to participate in tender processes for four major construction projects in Islamabad, Federal Pakistan. The projects include construction of villas at TAJ Residencia adjacent to I-14 Islamabad, construction of TAJ Suites G+3 at TAJ Residencia adjacent to I-14, construction of TAJ Boulevard Tower offering residential and commercial spaces with two basement levels and sixteen storeys at Grand Avenue of TAJ Residencia, and construction of Grand Minaar as a residential and commercial complex with two basement levels and fifteen storeys at Grand Avenue of TAJ Residencia. The scope of work is substantial with contract values in millions of rupees and varying completion periods for each project component.
Eligibility is restricted to firms and contractors duly enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council with valid PEC registration for the year 2026. Applicants must provide detailed documentation including description of similar nature of works executed during the last five years with sponsoring agency details, amount of work in millions of rupees, completion periods, dates of physical completion, percentage progress of work in hand, and performance reports from sponsoring agencies. Additional requirements include lists of movable and immovable assets, personnel information, machinery and equipment details, audited financial statements for the last three years, GST registration, NTN certificate, and general sales tax registration documents.
Qualification documents can be obtained from the Contract Department at TAJ Management Office, Tullah, Islamabad, from Monday 22 June 2026 to Friday 3 July 2026, with applications to be received until Monday 6 July 2026. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004 clauses 13, 15 and 16. Tender opening will be conducted for pre-qualified firms and contractors.
