Pakistan Railways Divisional Office Quetta invites sealed bids through E-PADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System Version 2.0) for the construction of a new Class-I Manned Level Crossing No. 48-A at KM 336/9-10 (Dozan Station Yard) on the Quetta-Sibi Section. This is a single-stage single-envelope procurement with an approximate cost of Rs 14,404,252 and earnest money requirement of Rs 288,085. The project completion period is four months. All bidding and tender documents must be submitted electronically through E-PADS at http://pa.epads.gov.pk by 12:00 hours on 24th August 2026, with bids to be opened at 12:30 hours on the same date in the office of the Divisional Accounts Officer at P.R.
