Description / Scope of Work
Railway Estate Development and Marketing Company (Pvt) Limited (REDAMCO), a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed tenders from registered firms and vendors for exclusive selling rights across the Pakistan railway network for a period of three years. Two product categories are available for bidding: Tetra Pack Milk and Yogurt with an estimated cost of 10,000,000 Pakistani Rupees and Tea and Tea Bags with an estimated cost of 8,000,000 Pakistani Rupees. The tender is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the bidding documents and represents a significant commercial opportunity on one of Pakistan's major transportation networks.
Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Bid security requirements are 200,000 Pakistani Rupees for each category. A non-refundable bid processing fee of 20,000 Pakistani Rupees must be submitted along with the technical and financial bid in the form of a bank draft, pay order, or CDR drawn in favor of REDAMCO. All bids must be complete, conditional bids and bids without specified bid security will be rejected without consideration.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available from REDAMCO's office in Islamabad during working hours or can be downloaded from www.redamco.com. Sealed bids for each product category, marked with the lot number, must be submitted by 22 June 2026 at the office address. Bids will be opened on 8 July 2026 at 03:00 PM in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. The bidding process follows the Competitive Bidding (Single Stage - Single Envelope) procedure specified in the Public Procurement Rules 2004 as amended. REDAMCO reserves the right to reject any bid at any time prior to acceptance without incurring liability. Bidders should quote their best and final prices as no negotiations are expected.
