The District Education Authority Sheikhupura invites tenders for the provision of uncooked quality food materials and meal supplies to approximately 1130 boarding students across five educational institutions in Sheikhupura for the financial year 2026-2027. The tender covers supply of rice, meat, chicken, vegetables, and grains to be served as breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals at Government Jamia Dawa Islamia Nangal Sahdan Muridke, Government Jamia Taleemul Quran (Girls) Nangal Sahdan Muridke, Government Jamia Muaz Bin Jabalal (Girls) Nangal Sahdan Muridke, Government Suffa Education Centre (Boys) Nangal Sahdan Muridke, and Government Suffa Education Centre (Girls) Nangal Sahdan Muridke. The estimated total cost of the tender is 112.00 million rupees, with per-day per-student rates ranging from 7.00 to 62.00 rupees depending on institution.
All prospective bidders must be income tax and sales tax registered firms with valid documentary evidence and must declare that they have not been blacklisted by the District Education Authority Sheikhupura. Bid security equal to 5 percent of the estimated amount must be submitted in the form of a CDR (Certificate of Deposit Receipt) in favor of the Chief Executive Officer (DEA) Sheikhupura. Complete bids along with all required supporting documents, undertakings, valid documentary evidence, and copies of the CDR must be submitted through E-PADS by 12 noon on July 8, 2026. Technical bids will be opened electronically on the same date at 12:30 p.m.

Complete bids must include all pages signed and properly attested.
