The Sindh Health Department invites sealed bids for the procurement of pharmaceutical products and medicines required for health facilities across Sindh Province. This tender (NIT-40) covers the supply and delivery of various essential medicines and pharmaceutical items to support healthcare operations in the province. The procurement scope includes a significant quantity of medicinal products valued at approximately 300,000 units or higher, depending on specifications and demand from health facilities. Eligible bidders must be registered pharmaceutical suppliers or distributors authorized to operate in Pakistan with valid licenses from the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan. Bidders must possess adequate experience in supply of pharmaceutical products to government institutions and must submit all required documentation including CNIC copies, business registration certificates, and proof of authorization from pharmaceutical manufacturers. Bid security of appropriate amount as specified in tender documents must be submitted with the bid. Tender documents can be obtained from the Sindh Health Department office during working hours from 09:30 AM to 04:00 PM from June 20, 2026 onwards upon payment of the requisite fee. Sealed bids must be submitted on or before June 24, 2026 at the designated office. The bid opening ceremony will be conducted on the same date at 04:00 PM in the presence of authorized representatives.
