Description / Scope of Work
Adamjee Insurance Co. Ltd. invites sealed bids for the sale of 36 salvage vehicles on an 'as is where is basis' basis. The auction will be held at 1-A Gulberg, Lahore (03333-4658124) between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. in Punjab. The vehicle inventory includes Toyota Hilux Revo (2 units), Haval HB Turbo (2 units), Toyota Yaris (3 units), Honda City (1 unit), Hyundai Elantra (2 units), Suzuki Mehran (3 units), Suzuki Wagon R (1 unit), Suzuki Swift (1 unit), MG HS Essence (1 unit), Toyota Camry (1 unit), Toyota Corolla (5 units), Changan Oshan X7 (1 unit), Toyota Fortuner (1 unit), Honda Civic (1 unit), Suzuki Cultus (2 units), and Suzuki Alto (7 units). A reserve price will be displayed on each vehicle.
Participants must deposit Rs. 40,000 for each vehicle as refundable token money in case of unsuccessful bid. The token money will not be refunded in case of successful bid and will be adjusted in the sale price. All participants are required to examine the vehicle documents before submitting bids and overwriting or cutting will result in rejection. The successful bidder must make payment through payorder(s) and receive the documents and vehicle transfer within the stipulated timeframe. Duties and taxes available by the Government department shall be borne by the buyer.
Bid documents must be submitted before the last date of submission on 29-06-2026. The transaction is subject to 10% filter and 20% non-filter tax (H.S. Tax), and Capital Value Tax at 0.1% of the offered price plus 10% WHT applies to vehicles with displacement above 1300 cc.
