Description / Scope of Work
Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites e-bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods and services related to repair and reclamation of damaged distribution transformers with capacity ratings of 25 KVA, 50 KVA, 100 KVA, and 200 KVA. The tender encompasses ten distinct lots covering collection and return of transformers across multiple PESCO stores located in Peshawar, Nowshera, Mardan, Charsadda, Swabi, Swat, Chakdara, and Di Khan. The procurement is being executed through the e-PADS 2.0 platform to ensure transparency and competitive bidding in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Eligible bidders must register on the e-PADS 2.0 portal and submit their bids in sealed envelopes accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of the Chief Executive of PESCO. The bid security amount and other detailed terms and conditions, specifications, and technical requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS 2.0) at https://vendor.epads.gov.pk/. All bids must comply with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 Governance Residential Committee guidelines and include complete documentation with original signed CallDeposit or Bank Guarantee as bid security.
Bid documents are available on the e-PADS 2.0 platform, and all sealed bids must be submitted on or before Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM. The e-Bids will be opened on the same date using e-PADS 2.0 software. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at 11:00 AM in Room No. 311 at PESCO Headquarters on Shami Road, Peshawar. Vendors who have not yet registered on e-PADS 2.0 may do so at https://vendor.epads.gov.pk/ with reference to the tutorial available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ux6rqFl387lc.
