Procurement of CCTV, PTZ Cameras, NVR and Allied Equipment by NJHPC

Neelum Jhelum Hydropower Company invites e-bids for the procurement of CCTV and PTZ cameras, Network Video Recorders (NVR), and allied equipment with related services including installation, testing and commissioning. The procurement covers three sites of the NJHPC Muzaffarabad project in Azad Jammu and Kashmir: SITE C1 at the Dam Site in Nauseri, SITE C2 at Thorba/Majhol, and SITE C3 at the Power House Site in Chattarkalas. This is a FY 2026-27 procurement utilizing reserved funds, with bid documents available on EPADS v2.0 portal and the Procurement Agency's website. The selection methodology will be Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulatory guidelines.
