The Pakistan Cricket Board invites electronic bids from experienced and professional entities for the rental of commercial space to establish and operate a coffee shop at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, Punjab. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed as Active Taxpayers. The procurement follows a single stage, one envelope e-bidding process conducted through the Electronic Request for Proposal system available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk. This is a straightforward commercial opportunity for qualified food and beverage operators to establish a retail outlet within one of Pakistan's premier sporting venues.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed, experienced, and professional entities with current tax registration and active taxpayer status. Submission of bids must be completed electronically through EPADS in accordance with the detailed requirements and terms and conditions outlined in the RFP documents. Manual bids will not be accepted under any circumstances. All electronic bids submitted on EPADS will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am, with the Grievance Redressal Committee constituted for this specific procurement. The Pakistan Cricket Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the procurement process at any time prior to bid acceptance in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
