Contractor operation of the college canteen for the academic year 2026-2027.

Security Deposit: A refundable guarantee of Rs. 30,000/- must be deposited into the college account within 3 days of the allotment. Monthly Rent: The canteen rent is strictly fixed at Rs. 2,350/-, payable by the 5th of each month. Utilities: The college will provide water and electricity connections, but the contractor is responsible for paying the electricity bill (based on a sub-meter reading) by the 5th of every month. The contractor must also arrange their own gas cylinders.
