Pakistan Medical and Dental Council invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the provision of WhatsApp Business API Services at PM&DC Head office in Islamabad. The contract is for a period of one year with the possibility of extension for two additional years. This procurement is for implementing WhatsApp Business API services to enhance communication capabilities of the organization. The service scope includes technical setup, maintenance, and support for the WhatsApp Business API platform. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and must be active taxpayers on the Federal Board of Revenue active taxpayers list.
Eligible bidders are required to submit a bid security of Rs.50,000 in the form of a pay order, demand draft, call deposit, or banker's cheque in favour of Pakistan Medical and Dental Council. Original bid security documents must reach PM&DC at G-10/4, Islamabad on or before 10:30 am on the bid closing date. A pre-bid meeting will be held at PM&DC Mauve Area, G-10/4, Islamabad on 30th June, 2026 at 11:00 am for clarification and discussion of requirements.
Proposal documents are available free of cost from PM&DC as well as through E-PADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted using EPADS on or before 10:30 am on 13th July, 2026, with manual bids not accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 am. PM&DC reserves the right to accept or reject all proposals at any time prior to award without assigning any reason as per PPRA Rules 2004.
