Description / Scope of Work
Water and Sanitation Agency, Lahore, a division of Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority, invites competitive bids from eligible suppliers and contractors for the provision and fixing of a fiber shed at the Administration Directorate Office of WASA in Lahore, Punjab. The estimated project cost is Rs 1,898,690. This procurement is being undertaken through the e-PADS (electronic Procurement and Advertisement and Tendering System) of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. The tender reference number is XEN-I (M)/139/2025-26.
Eligible bidders must be registered on e-PADS as per Regulations 7(1) of PPRA Regulations 2024, holding a valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) license in category C-6 or above, maintain active filer status with NTN (National Tax Number) and PNTN (Provincial Tax Number) registrations. Bid security is required in the amount of 3% of estimated cost, equivalent to Rs 56,961, and must be submitted as a CDR, Bank Guarantee, Purchase Order, Demand Draft, or Banker's Cheque (excluding insurance bonds). The bid security soft copy should be uploaded on e-PADS with the original hard copy submitted to the office of XEN-I (Maintenance) at Opposite 23, Main Gulberg, OHR No. 1, before the e-bid submission deadline. Bidders must provide PRA certificates and NTN certificates from the concerned Income Tax Office.
Bidding documents are available exclusively on e-PADS at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. A single stage one envelope bidding procedure will be adopted. E-bids must be submitted on or before 6 July 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bids opening the same day at 11:00 AM on e-PADS. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids remain valid for 120 days. Bidders must quote rates as percentages above or below the schedule of rates for standardized items and must submit rates in both figures and words.
