Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI & RC) in Lahore is inviting sealed bids for the procurement of local spare parts for laundry plant room machines under a framework agreement. This procurement (Reference PRO/56/2026) covers the supply of essential spare parts required for the maintenance and operation of laundry equipment at the Institute's facilities in Lahore, Punjab. The tender is issued to ensure reliable, cost-effective sourcing of quality spare parts from local suppliers, supporting the institution's operational efficiency and sustainability goals.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and possess valid business registration documents from the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) or equivalent. Bidders should be technically capable of supplying the specified spare parts and demonstrate financial stability. A bid security deposit is required from all participating bidders as specified in the bid data sheet.
